Q: How long does it take to get item delivered?
A: Estimated delivery times are provided on the checkout. Sometimes this can be longer depending on your location and other circumstances like COVID and etc.

Q: Can I pickup items at provided business addresses?
A: Unfortunately no at the moment.

Q: Can I return items at your business address?
A: For any returns please send us an email at hello@dalmatia.com before mailing any of items purchased. Return address will be provided via email. Do not send us any items back before communicating return with us and getting it approved. See Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.
