Can I pickup items at provided business addresses?
Unfortunately no at the moment.
How long does it take to get item delivered?
Estimated delivery times are provided on the checkout. Please note that weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order. Dalmatia are unfortunately unable to control or reimburse issues related to any of the above.
How do I track my order?
Tracking code is provided for every order via email provided once the order is shipped.
Can I return items at your business address?
For any returns please send us an email at support@dalmatia.com before mailing any of items purchased. Return address will be provided via email. Do not send us any items back before communicating return with us and getting it approved. See Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.
What are the shipping rates?
Cost of shipping is roughly outlined at every idem in description, as well as on checkout. We do offer standard tracked and express tracked shipping. Please make sure to use your mobile contact phone if you wish to get Express rates.
To what countries shipping can be done?
We mainly do shipping to EU/EEA countries, UK, USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand and few other countries. If you do not see your country on the list, please email us at support@dalmatia.com and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
Do I need to pay VAT or additional import charges?
Import charges and VAT are determined by the country to where you are shipping the items. We do our best to ship items from the same country as delivery location where and when possible. Additional charges depend on the laws of destination country.
